About me
I've been working in HR, recruitment, and leadership for over fifteen years. I focus on real career building: from first steps in the labor market, through career changes, to preparation for recruitment processes and leadership roles. I work with CVs, LinkedIn profiles, professional narratives, job search strategies, and preparation for recruitment interviews. I know the market, decision-making processes, and the perspective of both recruiters and hiring managers, because for years I've been on the other side of the table.
I help organize professional experience, name competencies, choose direction, and translate that into concrete actions. Without promising shortcuts and without "magical" methods. I work based on market realities and your situation, not on templates.
In parallel, I have a psychological and coaching background. I studied psychology and counseling, and before fully entering the world of large organizations, I worked in supportive and developmental roles. Thanks to this, my work also has room for conversations about what's difficult: professional burnout, overload, workplace conflicts, returns after breaks, crises, or entering new leadership roles.
I write professionally and reflectively on LinkedIn.
On Instagram I share everyday life, but also regularly publish educational content, short micro-tools and reflection questions related to professional development, change, and working in harmony with yourself.
